Summary
The Senior Lease Administrator is a key member of the asset management team responsible for full-spectrum lease administration including abstraction, rent analysis, operating expense reconciliation, dispute resolution, database governance, and cross‑department coordination.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration for office, mixed‑use, or commercial portfolios
· Ability to abstract and interpret leases and associated documents
· Understanding of commercial lease terminology
· Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and quantitative skills
· High attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
· Experience supporting Asset Management and Property Management teams
· Knowledge of commercial real estate accounting, CAM, Opex, and rent structures

Duties and Responsibilities
· Abstract and interpret leases and related documents
· Coordinate with Legal on documentation including amendments, estoppels, SNDAs
· Act as liaison to accounting, leasing, construction, development, and asset management
· Prepare reports and create process efficiencies
· Track and manage critical dates including renewals and terminations
· Perform annual CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations
· Maintain lease data accuracy for billing, CPI increases, collections, and percentage rent
· Address tenant inquiries, disputes, and negotiate resolutions
· Monitor tenant allowance payments
· Validate rent roll details, square footage accuracy, and delinquencies
· Maintain insurance compliance
· Oversee lease database integrity across systems
· Prepare leasing metrics and portfolio insights
· Assist with onboarding of acquisitions and lease migration
Preferred Systems & Technical Skills
· Experience in one or more of the following system preferred but not required: MRI (Commercial Management), Yardi, JD Edwards, Prophia or other similar abstraction tools
· Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, and logical formulas. Skilled in data cleanup, conditional formatting, and building multi‑sheet lease or CAM reconciliation templates. Experience analyzing rent rolls, operating expenses, and lease data efficiently using structured tables and reporting tools (preferred)
