Role Overview
The Director, Regional Business Development leads revenue growth and strategic partnership initiatives across an assigned portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing diversified revenue opportunities that enhance overall portfolio performance.
Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, this leader drives regional growth strategy while ensuring alignment with broader financial and operational objectives.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional growth strategy aligned with annual revenue goals
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities across the portfolio
Lead full business development lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation and execution
Optimize revenue channels and identify new monetization opportunities
Partner with internal teams to align initiatives with operational and financial KPIs
Monitor regional performance and adjust strategy based on market dynamics
Provide leadership and guidance to local teams to support revenue initiatives
Ideal Background
7–10+ years of business development, revenue strategy, or partnership leadership experience
Demonstrated track record of driving measurable revenue growth
Experience leading complex negotiations and cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
Strategic thinker with an execution mindset
Willingness to travel up to 25%
