As Marketing Director, you’ll drive sales, traffic, sponsorships, and media revenue while building strong retailer and community relationships. This high-visibility role is key to supporting retailers and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute annual marketing plans, budgets, and retailer support programs
Build marketing partnerships and sponsorships to generate revenue
Lead community and tourism initiatives to increase visibility and traffic
Collaborate with corporate marketing, PR, and media partners
Support retailers through strong communication and quarterly meetings
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years in marketing, sales, PR, or hospitality (retail/real estate experience a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to drive results through creative marketing and partnerships
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills
Able to travel via commercial airlines and maintain a valid driver's license to operate your own vehicle or rental car in a safe manner. This position requires up to 5% travel.
