Commercial Property Manager | Location: Sarasota, FL (Relocation provided)
We’re seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of assets, including retail. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and maintaining premium environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, budgets, and capital projects for mixed-use properties, including retail
Act as the main contact for tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections, partnering with contractors as needed
Lead maintenance staff and ensure adherence to safety and municipal codes
Requirements:
3+ years of commercial property management experience (must have experience with retail assets – preference on grocery anchored outdoor shopping centers)
Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP) and construction processes
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license; ability to travel for property inspections
