We are seeking an experienced Retail Property Manager to oversee the financial performance, operations, leasing support, marketing, and overall management of a retail shopping center.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Retail Property Manager with a proven track record of leading retail shopping centers, enclosed malls, lifestyle centers, or other multi-tenant retail assets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong financial and operational expertise, experience managing operating budgets, forecasting, and capital planning. This individual has demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams while building strong relationships with retailers, vendors, and the local community.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and possess strong leadership experience in commercial real estate, retail property management, or a related field.
