Marketing Manager

Status: Full-Time, Part-Time, Consultant

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid) or possibly REMOTE

Position Summary

Our client, a privately held real estate investment and management firm, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives across its diverse commercial real estate portfolio.

This position will play a key role in supporting the firm's brand, investor communications, business development, and portfolio marketing efforts. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic marketing expertise with exceptional graphic design and presentation development skills and has the ability to translate complex real estate investment opportunities into compelling marketing materials.

Essential Responsibilities

Investor & Corporate Marketing

  • Develop and maintain investor presentations, fundraising materials, pitch decks, and executive-level marketing collateral.

  • Create investment summaries, portfolio presentations, offering materials, and other capital raising support documents and visually compelling presentations.

  • Ensure consistency of branding across all investor-facing communications.

Brand Management

  • Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity across all marketing channels.

  • Develop marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and support business growth.

  • Ensure all marketing materials align with established corporate branding standards.

 

Graphic Design & Presentation Development

  • Design and produce professional marketing materials including:

    • Investor pitch decks

    • Property offering packages

    • Marketing materials

    • Corporate presentations

    • Property fact sheets

    • Case studies

    • Infographics

    • Maps and site plans

    • Digital advertisements

    • Social media graphics

  • Create high-quality visual content that effectively communicates investment opportunities and portfolio performance.

Portfolio Marketing

  • Develop marketing collateral supporting the firm's commercial mixed-use assets.

  • Support initiatives through the creation of property marketing packages and promotional materials.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage website content and updates.

  • Manage social media content and campaigns highlighting company news.

  • Monitor website analytics, campaign performance, and key marketing metrics to optimize results.

Events & Communications

  • Prepare presentation materials and marketing collateral.

  • Assist with public relations initiatives and company announcements.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with executive leadership and internal departments.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of marketing experience required in real estate, preference on industrial, storage, commercial or retail shopping centers.

  • Experience creating executive presentations, investor materials, and marketing collateral.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Technical Skills

Preferred experience with:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)

  • Microsoft PowerPoint (Advance level)

  • Canva

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • WordPress

  • HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing automation platforms

  • CRM platforms

  • Google Analytics or similar reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting commercial real estate investment firms, owner/operators, developers, REITs, private equity firms, family offices, or commercial brokerage organizations.

  • Understanding of commercial real estate investment concepts and financial terminology.

  • Ability to translate complex financial and real estate information into visually engaging marketing materials.
