This hybrid Executive Assistant and Office Operations role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with senior leadership while taking ownership of the day-to-day workplace experience. You'll serve as a trusted partner to C-level executives while helping create a welcoming, organized, and engaging environment for employees and visitors alike.
In this role, you'll partner closely with multiple C-level executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and detailed itineraries across multiple time zones, processing expense reports, and handling confidential administrative matters with professionalism and discretion. Experience with Concur is highly preferred. Given the nature of executive support, this role also requires the flexibility to respond to occasional travel changes or other time-sensitive executive needs outside of standard business hours.
Beyond executive support, you'll serve as the face of the office, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and engaging workplace. Responsibilities include coordinating new hire onboarding, planning employee events and company gatherings, partnering with vendors, overseeing office operations, and ensuring the office remains welcoming, organized, and ready to support both employees and visitors.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 including a discretionary year-end bonus per year. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon various factors, including an individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
