We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Leasing to oversee leasing strategy and execution for a national portfolio of retail shopping centers. This individual will manage third-party brokers, negotiate LOIs and leases, develop property-level leasing strategies and budgets, and collaborate across asset management, property management, construction, and legal. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of retail real estate leasing experience, strong retailer and broker relationships, and extensive lease negotiation expertise. This is a remote-based position with travel required. Compensation ranges from $175,000 to $275,000, including a market-based discretionary year-end bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.
