We are leading a search for a senior-level real estate professional to oversee development and acquisitions across commercial asset classes, including retail, self-storage, and land-based projects. This individual will be responsible for managing the full development lifecycle—from site identification and underwriting through entitlements, design, construction, leasing, and stabilization.

The role requires hands-on experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors, legal counsel, and brokers), managing due diligence and closing processes, and partnering closely with internal leadership and tenants. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while driving projects from concept to completion.
